Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Requirements

  • Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks (for any payment method).
  • Available payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.
  • Completed deposits will be added to the player's game balance.

3.2 Withdrawal Requirements

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks.
  • Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour of the request.
  • Players must complete account verification before making a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals are processed preferentially via the same method used for the original deposit.

3.3 Payment Responsibilities

Players must use only their own payment accounts for deposits and withdrawals. Using a third party's payment account is prohibited. If a violation is found, the account will be suspended pending investigation.

To withdraw from a balance that includes bonus funds, the wagering requirements associated with that bonus must be met.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

On your first deposit at ksr77, you can receive a 100% bonus of up to 300,000 Ks.

  • Example: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 40,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.
  • Example: Deposit 620,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap), giving a balance of 920,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 300,000 Ks × 20 = 6,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after meeting a wagering requirement of bonus amount × 20. For details on which game types count towards the wagering requirement, contact the support team.

4.3 VIP Bonus and Cashback

The ksr77 VIP program has four tiers:

  • Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
  • Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
  • Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
  • Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%

VIP level advancement depends on regular gameplay and the growth of a player's service activity.

4.4 Bonus Restrictions

  • Each bonus offer is available to a player once only.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — bonus amounts can only be converted to cash after the wagering requirement is met.
  • ksr77 may change or cancel any bonus with prior notice.

5.1 Fair Play and Anti-Collusion Policy

Game results on the ksr77 platform are generated by a database-verified RNG (Random Number Generator) system, or by live dealers broadcasting in real time for live casino games. If you believe a result is incorrect, you can contact the support team.

5.2 Game Cancellation

If a game is cancelled before completion due to a technical fault or system issue, and the player was on the losing side of that game, ksr77 will refund the amount wagered on that game. If a player loses connection during play, ksr77 is not responsible for any resulting game cancellation.

5.3 Bet Acceptance

ksr77 has the right to verify the validity of any bets. Bets placed as a result of a technical fault during processing may be cancelled by ksr77, and action will be taken to ensure no loss arises from such cancellations.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ksr77 platform:

  • Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities around the website
  • Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to play games without manual participation
  • Opening more than one account under different names for the purpose of claiming bonuses
  • Conducting money laundering activities
  • Allowing a third party to play using your account
  • Collusion — coordinating with opposing players in a way that is treated as enjoyable rather than genuine competition, and passive play
  • Threatening or harassing players or staff on the platform

If any of the above violations are found, ksr77 has the right to immediately suspend the account and reclaim any remaining game balance.
